Following the successful launch of its sister restaurant, Ninja Cut at Seah Street, Ninja Bowl has revamped their brunch menu executed with Japanese flair. Diners are in for a whole new indulgence!
I am excited for I am a huge fan of Ninja Cut and I cannot wait to see what Ninja Bowl has to offer.
Served with a generous portion of pork katsu topped with apple slaw, runny poached eggs along with the super delicious cheesy truffle mashed potatoes, this is one dish you have to order for that weekend indulgence! Order Aligot-O Gozaimasu S$18 and you can arigato me after!
If you are a fan of the classic Japanese okonomiyaki, you definitely don’t want to miss this! Ninja Okonomiyaki S$18 is made up of lightly pan-fried mini savoury okonomiyaki pancakes and paired with super tender 24- hour braised beef cheeks! So delicious you NEED to order this!
My least favourite is the Mentaiko Scrambled S$18 for I can’t really taste the mentaiko but the pan-seared Hokkaido scallops are juicy and delightful. It comes with a serving of toast and topped with edamame and furikake.
For dessert we had the beautiful Fancy French S$16 stuffed with fig jam and drizzled with ume-bashi infused honey sauce. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for this dish.
