I am spoilt with choices thanks to Joo Bar for they have come up with the brilliant idea of customising your very own Bibimbap! Starting from S$10.90 you can choose from white rice, purple rice or quinoa (additional S$3) and pick from Spicy Chicken, Stir-fried pork, Beef Bulgogi, Broiled Saba or Argentinian Grassfed Steak. You can even choose your complements eg. kimchi, baby lettuce and sauce. Top up S$3 for a drink.
For the sauces, you can choose between the original sweet and spicy gochujang or the savoury soy sauce. Both are equally tasty!!
Portions are big, delicious and you can have everything you like added to your very own bibimbap! However these only available during lunch time 1130 – 1430.
This is my favourite stir fried pork with spam n quinoa! Delicious marinated pork with generous serving of spam… omo omo…. Jinjak addictive!
