Thank you so much for the encouraging likes and comments; motivated me to keep this column going. I love bunnies and since Easter was approaching, I thought I would do something with bunnies!
The mister and I accidentally bought 2 loaves of bread thus I was thinking what I can do with the going-to-expire honey oat bread so I thought I will use my bunny cutter and so some bunny nutella treats!
What you need:
Bunny cutter (daiso)
Bread
Nutella
Rainbow sprinkles
Shape the bread with the bunny cutter, dip those ears into the yummy nutella and sprinkle some rainbow! Viola! I’m sure this will be a popular treat with the kids!

This next recipe isn’t quite too perfect but you know what they say, practice makes perfect! I wasn’t too happy with the icing but I will try making my own the next time and see if it works better. Making Bunny Whole Wheat Pop!
What you need:
Dark Chocolate
White Chocolate (optional if you would like a mixture of white and brown bunnies)
Icing (it’s a little tough to decorate so I am thinking for my next bunny pop I might mix red food colouring with white chocolate instead)
Whole Wheat Biscuits (I am hoping to try rice crackers next time)
Chopsticks or Ice cream sticks
Milk
Pour the bag of chocolate into the pot and heat it till it melts. I pour about 5 tablespoon of milk to make the texture smoother and not so thick.
Push chopsticks into the whole wheat biscuits.
Spoon the melted chocolate over the whole wheat biscuits until its completely covered.
Lay them on an aluminum foil and put them into the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
With the icing, draw 2 triangles (ears), dot the eyes and a short line for the mouth! I feel this icing is a little hard to decorate and control. I would like to mix my own icing in the future by dripping red food colouring onto melted white chocolate. Will share and update again if it works.
There you have it! 2 very simple and cute bunny recipes! I hope you enjoy this little creative space of mine.

Hi, what a great Easter idea. When you try this again, put the chocolate icing into a zip lock bag and snip the corner. You can even add an icing nozzle in the bag before you add the icing.
hi Josie, i was thinking of that too! thanks for the tip! i will most certainly try it again. =D
