Because I’ve had eyebrow embroidery done before, Valerie suggested going for Luckylashbrow Signature Lucky Brows S$688 which has an added shadowing and feather touch creating that soft and light look.

I am loving my new brows so much I cannot stop admiring them. I love how Valerie takes time in understanding what I need and gave me these broader brows which I’ve always wanted. I was a little worried initially but to my surprise, Valerie says my face shape is more suited for broader brows… YEY!
Had the numbing cream on for 30mins and if you are really really afraid of pain, you can request to have it on for a little longer. Just be sure to ask Valerie if you have any questions at all during the process or before the process for she will be happy to help you.
How long does the whole session take?
2 hours including 20 mins consultation for the 1st session.
1 hour 15 mins for 2nd session for 2nd session for re-touch
20mins to 30mins for numbing cream

What is Signature Lucky Brows?
Microblade to stroke very thin hair like lines of pigment into the skin. These thin lines flow in the same direction as your own eyebrow hairs, to create crisp and natural results. Compared to Classic 6D, Signature Lucky Brows has an added shadowing and feather touch to create that soft and light look.
Is the process painful? I don’t believe when people tells me it isn’t.
You will be thinking of cos Modgam says its zero pain and not as painful cos she has so many tattoos. But the truth is there was zero pain except that scrapping sound and minimal pressure for the 1st session.
On my 2nd session for my re-touch I feel some pains on and off. It could be that my menses are coming thus the pain is more sensitive. I would say pain level 2.5/10? Not for the entire session but only for that few “scratch” here and there.
Is it safe to go with home based eyebrow specialist?
Valerie is not only friendly and helpful, she was really assuring and help answer all my queries after the session ended. I was concern when the scab was coming off causing one side of the brow looking as though it was higher than the other, Valerie did her best in assuring me and even offered to help me take a look. Valerie is also a certified Lash & Brow Artist in Singapore with many years of experience. Before the session started, she showed me the new needles and I felt relaxed.
Can I choose the colours for my eyebrow?
That’s what the consultation is for, so that you can talk to Valerie and tell her what shade you prefer and if it is suitable for you. On my 1st session we went with a lighter shade of brown and for the touch-up session, we both decided that a darker shade would be nice too. I loved it!
Any down-time?
The picture above is right after my 1st session and besides a little redness, you cant really tell that I just had my eyebrow embroidery session. It might be a little dark for some but it really depends on individual skin.
When is the next session to do a re-touch?
On the 3rd month but you can always check with Valerie again. Remember to book in advance if you want to get it done over the weekends.
How do you shower without getting water onto eyebrows?
As seen above, I buy waterproof plasters, cut them into half and stick them onto my eyebrow. It doesn’t prevent water completely but it helps. So whatever you are comfortable with, go with that.
What if I can’t remember all the tips and what to do and what not to?
Fret not, Valerie is very prepared and she will share the aftercare tips!
One week after my 2nd touch up with thicker eyebrows. I really love how it frame my face and light up my eyes. Not forgetting all the time saved getting ready for work in the morning and how I’ll never look tired again. hahaha
