Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR) has opened its landmark 1st outlet, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck at Singapore Changi Airport.
The spacious premium casual-dining eatery offers Wolfgang’s renowned signature dishes alongside items created especially for Changi, such as Hot & Sour Soup with chicken and mushroom and Korean Beef Shortribs with spicy kimchi. It is located at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3, Departure Transit Lounge (Level 2), near the Butterfly Garden. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 6.00am to 1.00am. Look out for Relay Bookstore, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, is on the right!
I am so excited to feed my tummies some yummies before my 6 hour flight to Korea!
You have to try their mocktails for it is so refreshing! There is the Cherry Sunrise S$7, Pomegranate Delight S$8 and Ginger Lime Iced Tea S$7 which is my favourite.
I love that the outlet has an open design with the kitchen and a pizza oven on a raised platform allowing diners a perfect view of the culinary team at work!
You HAVE TO order this plate of Korean Beef Shortribs S$17 served with kimchi for it is mind-blowing delicious! The shortribs are so tender and juicy you can eat it on his own or pair it together with kimchi. It is so delicious you wouldn’t want to share! It is no surprise this is one of their best seller. You are welcome.
I was a little skeptical when the waitress suggested Chef’s signature Chinois Chicken Salad S$20 for I wanted to keep some of the stomach space for dessert. I didn’t regret after taking my first bite because it is so good! Chef was really clever to have added wanton to the salad making each bite crunchy and addictive!
The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck also offers artisan pizza, gourmet sandwiches, pasta, salads and entrees. As seen here is Smoked Salmon Pizza S$27 with dill cream, red onions, salmon roe and chives. I’m in love with the crust for it is super thin yet chewy and crisp all at once!
Don’t get me started on this French Apple Tart S$12 this classic french dessert is LOVE! Simple essence of sweet apples and crisp pastry got us wanting MORE! Despite the bff and I complaining about how full we were, it sure didn’t stop us from finishing this entire tart!
