LEGOLAND® Malaysia is promising visitors a great day of family fun as the first ever LEGOLAND theme park in Asia turns one on 15th September. The Park will also be extending many of the special celebratory activities to guests visiting on 14th September as well. I hear there will be awesome fireworks and it sucks that I will be in Bangkok thus I’ll only be able to catch this next year. =/
To kick-off the celebration, LEGOLAND Malaysia is organising a LEGO cake building session with Park visitors. LEGOLAND Master Model Builders will be assisting Park visitors to build the cake from 5th to 14th September 2013. It will comprise of over 300,000 bricks and measure three metres wide. You get to participate in helping to build the huge Lego cake!
Legoland Malaysia celebrates its first birthday on 15 September 2013. For a limited time, Asia’s first LEGOLAND is offering current Annual Pass holders the opportunity to renew at RM235 for adults and RM180 for children or seniors. With the special offer, current Annual Passes that expire in September, October or December this year will receive additional validity until December 2014. Furthermore, those renewing now will also receive extra offers and seasonal promotion on entrance prices for the Water Park when it opens on 21st October 2013.
Those renewing with a Maybank credit card will benefit from additional promotional rates and will also be given the exclusive chance to upgrade to a Premium Annual Pass for RM345. The Premium Annual Pass includes unlimited access to the soon-to-openLEGOLAND Water Park and allows families to move freely between the Theme Park and the Water Park.
LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has launched a once in a lifetime opportunity to become a Junior Lifesaver at Asia’s first LEGOLAND Water Park. Six lucky winners will be involved in the official opening of the LEGOLAND Water Park on 21stOctober 2013 and will work alongside the official lifesavers thereafter. The contest is being run until 29th September 2013 via LEGOLAND Malaysia’s official Facebook page.
Junior Lifesavers will be handpicked by LEGOLAND Malaysia. There will be two winners per country from Singapore and Malaysia; two other winners will be picked from elsewhere in the region. Winners will be announced on 1st October 2013.
